How should I use the radiator thermal power table?

Generally, the thermal power calculations of radiators are specified in catalogs according to the entry-exit temperatures of 90-70 or 75-65.

You need to divide the thermal power amounts listed here by the total heat loss of the room and determine the required number of radiator sections from there. We would like to reaffirm that the EUROTERM Team would be happy to assist you for free with all these calculations and radiator selection.

In short, yes. Because Euroterm radiators are delivered after being tested at 16 bar pressure. Although there is slightly more pressure in centralized systems compared to individual systems, this pressure does not exceed 4-5 bar values.

If you are going to purchase our aluminum radiators for a replacement, almost all pay meters are compatible with our radiators. You can attach the pay meter from your old radiator directly to our product. In buildings, most pay meters can be mounted on the collector distribution system at the entrance of the apartment while some products can also be mounted on the radiator. 

The only thing to pay attention to when mounting the heat meter on the radiator is that the center areas of the radiator segments are where the water channels pass, which are approximately 20 to 30 mm in the center area. It is possible to drill from the edge areas of the segments without reaching this area. Before doing this, please be sure to contact us for information.

All our products ordered in color are painted with electrostatically baked powder paint.

Thanks to this painting technique, our products are quite resistant to rust and scratches. However, if there is a need for repainting, it will need to be painted with a similar electrostatic oven paint.

Many spray paints can help cover small scratches.

You can clean them mechanically like you do with your other white goods, taking care not to scratch, without needing a special chemical or material.

The easiest method is to do this with a slightly damp cloth. If there is dust stuck between the segments, it can also be collected with a fine dust collector or wiped with a cloth.

All wall mounting accessories for radiators and towel warmers are shipped with the product. For valve and pipe connections, please consult a plumber or us for information.

In the case of old radiator replacements, video or photo is often sufficient for us to identify the product. Additionally, dimensions for valve axis (center-to-center pipe connection measurements), height, and length may be required.

Many valve and wall connection equipment are compatible with our products. However, the rear brackets of the radiators may not match, and their locations may need to be changed by the plumber during installation. If the valves have been used for many years, they may not be functioning or may be clogged.

Although it is a simple installation method due to years of experience, assistance from a plumbing expert may be necessary for the installation of the products.

The priority point to consider is determining the type of pipe used in the installation. It is recommended to use oxygen impermeable/barrier Pex plastic pipes; however, PPRC pipes are still being used in radiator installations in our country.

Except for old cast iron radiators, almost all radiators have a valve threaded connection size of 1/2'', also referred to as half an inch. Therefore, old valves can be used. Before using these valves, advice should be obtained from a plumber or our sales team.

The valve type referred to as the core valve is a model where the THERMOSTATIC CONTROL HEAD is attached to the radiator. If such a product is requested, it should be specified at the ordering stage. It is not

Thermostatic valves operate on the principle of expanding with the heating of the chemical inside them, exerting pressure on the valve spring, and closing the water flow path. While traditional systems can control all radiators and rooms from a single point, the use of thermostatic valves allows you to maintain each room at different temperatures.

Thermostatic valves can also be used even if there is a room thermostat in the heating system. While room thermostats control the entire system's heating based on the temperature of the room they are in, you can lower the temperature of the rooms you want to keep at a lower temperature than the general temperature of the house by adjusting the thermostatic valve setting.
